I was a staunch Hindu believer who had faced much problem in life. After my marriage I did not conceive for 3 years and this added to my sorrow. On the other hand I was under the torment of seven evil spirits. This led me to hopelessness and I tried to end my life 8 times but was unsuccessful. I was seeking for deliverance from my problems and peace in my life. It was at this time that one sister in Christ, took me to the Church. It was here that I got deliverance from the evil spirits and was free.
In the Church the servant of God prophesied through the Holy Spirit that He would send me for His ministry all around the world. At that time it sounded ridiculous and I laughed. After God set me free I conceived and God spoke to me that He was going to give me a son.
On the other hand my husband was a strong Hindu. He did not allow me to go to Church and read the Bible inside the house. But I would hide the Bible in my sari and kept it in the wardrobe. I used to read the bible in the bathroom and also praise God and pray in the bathroom. As time went by my husband had torn 9 bibles and we were separated for seven years because of this.
These 7 years were the wilderness years in my life. At times there was even no food to eat and I went though much suffering and hardships. Even at this time whenever I met any servant of God for my problems, they would prophesy that God was going to take me to the nations of the world. In these seven years God anointed me and trained me to do the ministry. By this time I knew that God had called me for the ministry and that I had a full time calling on my life to do Gods ministry. Knowing this I opened a medical shop on my own, because I was a qualified pharmacist and , lab technician and BIAMS (AM).
But when I started to earn money I thought that I could do the ministry after I was 40 years old and till that time I could earn some money. But Gods ways were different. He spoke to me many times to do the ministry. Then one day as I was sitting in the medical shop I felt a numb sensation on the right side of my body and I was paralysed. When in hospital God told me through His servant ‘Obey my words’. Then I surrendered myself to the Lord to obey His words and to do His ministry. The Lord miraculously healed me and started to use me in His ministry.
God miraculously opened the first door for me to do His ministry in Sri lanka, and then the Lord opened doors for His ministry in Singapore , Malaysia and Indonesia.
After that my husband came and we were united. Now we have two children, one son and one daughter. God has been faithful and has provided all my needs and ever since using me in His ministry for the expansion of His glorious Kingdom.
